The Plant Medicine Mystery School is a live online course hosted by shamanic expert and guide, Kat Courtney. I will welcome up to 20 students into the ancient art of learning to work with plant consciousness. Now more than ever we need their guidance for healing and awakening, and just as important, we need the support of our tribe.
I will gladly share many of the ancient teachings of the Shipibo-Conibo and Quecha-Lamista lineages of Peru, who are part of the sacred guardians and maestros of Ayahuasca ceremony work. I will also share knowledge from the Chavin and Qero tribes, who are the godfathers of Huachuma/San Pedro shamanism. We will go deep into communicating with plant consciousness, and spirit itself, and find our unique superhero powers in these magical spaces.
Please Note: This is not a course that promises to make anyone a shamanic practitioner, but instead to share some sacred teachings from these lineages for all those interested in building a stronger foundation of knowledge and experience. I’m so humbled by the sheer numbers of folks interested in walking this path, and although this course in no way takes the place of an actual apprenticeship, my hope is it will ignite more awareness of how magical this space is, the potential it holds, and whether or not you, as an individual, are called to go deeper.
This Level 1 course will consist of 8 weekly 90 minute sessions, where I will share information and guide the assembled group through all of the course materials listed below. Each session will involve 60 minutes of knowledge sharing, and then 30+ minutes of live Q&A. We will all learn from each other and this will be very interactive.
The course will also include an additional, completely optional weekly call to connect and support each other in the integration of these intense times and energies. That will take place on Thursday of each week at the same time as the classes, for whoever needs the extra support/love/information/connection.
BONUS - Kat will also initiate all interested participants in the art of self-serving Hapeh/Rapeh, the shamanic tobacco snuff utilized by multiple South American shamanic tribes.
All participants will be eligible to attend the Level 2 and 3 courses, as well as other courses in the works. It is my duty and honor to share what I have been blessed to learn from others, and I wholly welcome all sincere beings called to be of service to spirit and the plants.

The History of South American Shamanism - How we came to understand the power of Ayahuasca, Huachuma, Rapeh, Sananga and all the Master Plants, and the evolution of related ceremony work.
The Ancient Art of Protection - Details on working with dark entities/spirits, how to defend yourself from black magic, as well as in-depth information on creating a safe and protected container to connect with spirit.
Plant Communication - In-depth information on the process of communication with plant consciousness, and the science that supports this magical experience.
Master Plants - Who and what they are, how to work with them in the traditional dieta construct, and all the gifts they have to offer.
Guiding and Leading Ceremonies - Details on the path to becoming a ceremony guide; what’s involved, how to manifest a teacher, the different available plants and lineages, and so much more.
Opportunities for Shamanic Work - Various ways to contribute to the shamanic arts, and the many magical occupations that exist for those who have the calling.
Working with Animal Totems and Spirit Guides - How to connect with your guides and work with them in your various spiritual practices.
Complimentary Healing Modalities - Discussions on various other healing practices that pair well with plant consciousness, like EFT, Reiki, and related disciplines.

Schedule and Registration
Plant Medicine Mystery School Level 1 Group 16 launches:
Saturday, May 19th at 12 pm PT / 3 pm ET / 9 pm CET - participants can join from anywhere in the world.
We will have subsequent classes every Saturday at the same time, ending on July 28th, 2024.. Each class is 90 minutes, including course materials and live Q&A.
Integration and tribal support calls will be Thursday at 12 pm PT / 3 pm ET.
Cost for the entire course is $650

SPECIAL NOTE: For all those who can’t make this day/time, I will be launching another Level 1 course later in 2024 at an entirely different day/time, so that folks in other parts of the world can participate. Due to the sensitive nature of what will be shared, sessions will only be recorded for paying participants, but I am happy to make this available to more folks in the very near future. Thank you!

About Kat Courtney
Kat has had the supreme honor of studying and practicing shamanism for over 17 years, with multiple maestros and lineages. She began her studies in the Peruvian Amazon in 2006, under the protection of the late, great Don Howard Lawler; one of the most powerful and esteemed Huachumeros who has ever graced this Earth. Kat attended dozens and dozens of Ayahuasca and Huachuma ceremonies with Howard and Don Rober Acho at SpiritQuest, and then went on to apprentice for 10 years with several incredible Ayahuasquero masters. She also graduated from the Gaia Institute’s Master Herbalism Apprenticeship in 2009. Kat has poured medicine for thousands of sincere seekers, and coached hundreds of people in the aftermath of powerful plant ceremonial work. She’s a humble servant of all plant medicines, having completed 22+ Master Plant Diets to date. She is thrilled and honored to share some of the priceless knowledge imparted to her during these wildly eclectic experiences.
