There are million reasons to be angry in our world, and a million more judgments against this rage. We are living in a pressure cooker of shadow, coupled with the rejection of the resulting anger. We feel marginalized, silenced, threatened, and repressed. This creates scenarios where we are constantly reacting to the trigger of anger, without a chance to truly process the source of this fire. Giving ourselves permission to express and connect with our sacred rage is a crucial part of our healing and empowerment.
Rage is honest. It’s pure power. Our anger is the fire inside of us that reflects how much we actually care, but left unattended, it becomes a force of destruction. When rage is honored as a sacred and valid response, it can become an ally in manifestation and creative expression. Rage is not a problem to be fixed, but an experience to be welcomed.
Let’s come together as a tribe in a safe, vulnerable container and feel, process, share, befriend, and honor our beautiful sacred rage. Shamanic coach and resident crone Sage RavenStar will lead a community of open-hearted people across the globe in a virtual Sacred Rage Ceremony. We will work with the element of Fire to support the illumination of our anger, and the related alchemical process. The opposite of rage is passion and excitement, and to get to that expanded space, we must first go heart-first into the roots of our rage.
The Ritual will include opportunities to speak, emote, write, and meditate on the intelligence and power of our personal and collective fire. Sage will create a ritualistic container using ancient shamanic practices honoring these untamed emotions, creating safety for all who gather to vulnerably move through some of the stuck energies in our bodies and beings.
We will not only acknowledge our rage, we will befriend and alchemize it. And we will make new friends, strengthen old friendships, and celebrate that we are all in this together, and we are never truly alone.

About Sage RavenStar
Though she has encountered many wonderful guides, Sage’s greatest teacher in life has been Life Herself. Through her journey of healing from a wide array of issues rooted in generational and childhood trauma, Mama Gaia has always been her most consistent support and ally. It has always been her passion to assist others in re-building and strengthening their connection with Life and our natural Allies, both on a personal scale and on a greater collective scale of hurt and trauma. Sage is a shapeshifter, following this mission through many names: Plant Medicine Coach, Shamanic Guide, Healer, Mentor, Mystic, Tarot Reader, Facilitator, Hag/Crone, Hedgewitch, and Mother.
